I used a s0ecial coupon for a good deal. 4 people ate for the price of one. Service was great. Even when my son mumbled his order, the attendent was thourogh in confirming the order. I would come back. I would recommend to friends and family. I had a good time.

Me and two friends decided to eat here one night after a production meeting and upon walking in, the cashier started to look at us really evil like. We started to order and she aggressively put in the orders while sighing at everything we chose to eat. When I put in my order, I asked for a combo and suddenly saw I could upgrade my drink to a float. When I asked about it, the cashier snatched my cup from the counter, sighed, and stormed to the back. She then came back out with a small portion of ice cream in it and slammed it down causing some root beer to spill out. I silently paid and sat down. Me and my friends looked at each other in horror trying to process what we just encountered. About 8 minutes later, I still did not have my food and the cashier came over to the table and said that her manager wanted to inform us the dining room was now closed. There were about 6 other people in the restaurant however she chose to single us out. I said I would hurry but I still have not received my food. She went to the back and brought it back out to me without saying a word. We felt bad because had we known it was almost closing time, we would have chosen somewhere else or just did the drive thru since I discovered shortly after we left that it was open an hour after the dining room closed.I have never felt more unwelcome while visiting a restaurant and honestly, it would take a lot for me to ever want to visit this place again or even recommend it. Many years ago, I have worked fast food and I would NEVER think of treating a customer like that. A store is open until a certain time and not 5,10,15 minutes before that time. While I am sorry that I may have caused a delay in someone going home, I am still offended by this treatment from this employee.

With this being an A&W/Long John Silvers all I can say is that root beer was really good. Our meal was fairly good as well but the place was a mess. The soda fountain was swimming in spilled soda, soaked napkins and ice yet none of the staff made any effort to clean up the mess. While placing our order the staff member assisting us just walked away in the middle of it so we had to wait for assistance from a different staff to finish our order. Our food did arrive fairly quickly and was sufficiently hot. That being said, this fast food place leaves a lot to be desired. Had it not been for us having a coupon I think we would've left and gone somewhere else to eat.

I was really sad for my experience today. I used to come to this location all of the time in 2011 for their chili cheese fries and hot dogs. Today, I waited 25 minutes in line for a single cheeseburger through the drive thru. The cheeseburger had no flavor, and the bun outweighed the meat severely. The soda was entirely filled up with ice, and I only gor about 4 good sips of the medium drink. Definitely not what it used to be.

I rarely eat fast food but this was absolutely horrible. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries weren't crispy and the cheese on the burger was cold. My bf ordered fish, chili cheese fries and a shake and was no pleased with his either. We won't be returning.

Fast food almost always sucks, so you can't really knock a Long John Silvers / A&W for that. HOWEVER, this place is horribly slow, even when you're just driving through for a Root Beer Float. When fast food ceases to be fast, what's the point? Gah.

I can have fish and chips along with a root beer float? Say no more! I love this particular restaurant, because the decor inside is nice and comfy and you get to have the best of both worlds - LJS and A&W. I know it can't be the healthiest option, but sometimes you need to live a little. Employees here are usually quite friendly, and there is one in particular that always remembers what I order and is always extremely nice to me. Food is usually prepared fresh which means it takes a little more time, but I appreciate that because I don't think anything is more off-putting than fried food that has been sitting around getting soggy. And so, I continue to come back a few times a month!
